Authority of the Word

We believe that the Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God.

Fall of Man

Through Adam's sin, all men are born into sin and in need of salvation.

(Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12)

 

Redemption in Christ Jesus

Through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, all men can now be made right with God. 

(Romans 3:24; Romans 5:21; I Timothy 2:5)

Confession for Salvation  

We believe that salvation comes through confession in the Lordship of Jesus, His finished work on the cross and his resurrection from the grave.  

(Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8)

God is Good

We believe that God is inherently good and that no evil can be found in Him.

(John 10:10; James 1:13-17; I John 1:1-5; Acts 10:38; Acts 14:17; Luke 10:19

Faith is a Way of Life

We believe that Faith is not optional for the Christian, but instead a necessary component of the Christian walk. 

(Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38)
 

Sin Brings Death

Scripture says that the wages of sin is death (or separation from God).

(Romans 6:23; Ephesians 4:27; I John 5:18)
 

Authority Over the Devil

The believer has been given power over the powers of darkness through the Holy Spirit.

(Luke 10:19; I John 3:21-22)
 

Water Baptism

We believe in following the example of Jesus through water baptism.

(Matthew 28:19)

Holy Communion

We believe in observing the last supper as commanded and exemplified by Jesus

(I Corinthians 11:23-26)
 

Fruit of the Spirit

We value and teach on the Fruit of the Spirit as further evidence of Spiritual maturation. 

(Galatians 5:14, 22-23)

 

Gifts of the Spirit

We believe in and walk in the Gifts of the Spirit. 
(I Corinthians 12:7-11)

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism and indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the evidence that follows those who believe. 

(Acts 1:8; 2:1-4, Luke 3:16)

Giving of Tithes and Offerings

We believe in honoring the Lord through giving and the blessings that come from the Lord through our giving.

(Malachi 3:10, Luke 6, Matthew 23:23)

God is no Respecter of Persons

We believe that God loves each and every person exactly the same!

(Acts 10:34)

Heaven and Hell and the Second Coming of Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again and every man will spend eternity with Jesus in Heaven or separated from Him in Hell. 

(Matthew 24:27-37)
 

The Trinity of God

We believe that God eternally exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and that these three are one God, co-equal and co-eternal, having precisely the same nature and attributes, and worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence, and obedience.
